Nurstead Consulting Services serves customers with crisis response and critical incident services in two ways; planning and response. First, we can advise and assist with planning for when traumatic and distressing events happen. Our consultants will work with you to prepare for situations like an active shooter, natural disaster, and other disruptive events. This planning helps employees know what to do should an event occur and in turn, employees generally feel safer. As part of the planning process we can be contracted to provide direct services when an event occurs and a response is needed or can assist with connection with another Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) in your area.
